about $5k higher than what you got if for, sell the contract, then do

again. It was easy, for all of our
properties that we have done it for in Ohio!
So why was there so many people at this bootcamp so clueless
about
wholesaling, well because of the simple fact that wholesaling is not a
popular
thing to do out here in Southern California.


In Southern California, there are too many people
upside
down on their house, there is no equity, there is no way to make an
assignment
fee. Also, in Dayton Ohio we get
